Friday Dress Rehearsal – Preparing for the Future of Formanta

The curtain closes on another exciting week at Formanta, and what a week it’s been! 🎭 As we continue growing and shaping Martinique’s first British English language center, here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the progress, challenges, and milestones of the week.

🎬 Act 1: End-of-Term Exams & New Students

This week, I tackled 60 end-of-term exams from my EGC students—reading comprehension, writing, and grammar evaluations. It’s always a huge job but rewarding to see their improvement and confidence grow in English!

Meanwhile, Formanta welcomed 4 new students:

✅ Three professionals from the CCI – two in the medical field and one air hostess preparing for international travel.

✅ One new school student (age 11) – the younger sibling of a former student who successfully advanced from A2 to B1!

Every student brings a new challenge, a new learning journey, and another step toward making English more accessible in Martinique.

📌 A Major Milestone: My Pre-Evaluation for the Qualiopi Audit!

• After an intensive review, I now have a clear roadmap for finalizing my dossier.

• My tutor and mentor Delphine, at DDH Consulting, provided invaluable insights—a must for anyone preparing for Qualiopi certification!

• The audit is booked for April, marking an important step toward national accreditation and the future of Formanta.

📌 A New Case Study for Qualiopi!

• A new student is preparing for full English immersion in the U.S., and her journey will serve as a case study in my Qualiopi framework.

• Documenting her progress, challenges, and strategies will help future learners prepare for real-world English immersion.

📌 Internship Support for a Scientific Student

• I’m actively connecting with international businesses to help a scientific student secure an internship abroad.

• This is part of Formanta’s commitment to practical, career-focused English training.
